Box Drive Installation Error in Monterey

    Would you mind providing a screenshot of the error you encounter so we can take a closer look?

    Can you try to restart your Mac computer and attempt installing Box Drive again and make sure to follow the guidelines in this article?

    Hello France -

    Attached is the screen capture.  The error displays after entering admin credentials twice to allow for installation from an unknown developer. In addition, I have already Restarted my Mac and unsuccessfully attempted to install Box Drive again.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot!

    I checked on this and unfortunately, we haven't encountered this issue in past cases. But I did check for other sources and it seems this issue is specific on user device rather than on the Box Drive app. I found these Apple support forums of users reporting the same issue and I hope they can be helpful:
