Incorrect Free Space
Hi, I have exceeded the allocated space but after I deleted quite a number of files to free up the space, the used space still not correctly updated. Now I am unable to upload any file to Box anymore. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

I've gone ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your Box. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency:
You should see the correct storage size available in your account. Please let me know if need additional help.
