This is happening to me too! I'm not sure how to fix it.

Same here. It happened before then it was fixed without any input from me or other colleges from our company. And now we stopped getting notifications again. It has nothing to do with the 'out of office' setup for sure.

    Hi Everyone,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

I'm sorry for the confusion. Please check your virus scan, Internet Service Provider, or company's mail server or firewall and make sure that your email client is not blocking emails from notify-e.box.com, track.notify-e.box.com, notify-w.box.com, or track.notify-w.box.com. You may need to contact your IT department to assist you; please take a look at this article from our Box Support page:about Troubleshooting Issues with Email Notifications.

    Best,

Thank you for responding. Our first thing is to ask our IT to make sure the notifications are not blocked.

Hi, we asked out IT and they said nothing was being blocked on our end. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi, I started this thread for my own personal problem, which I have had for many months now, so can box please contact me to help me because I am pretty sure that box has blocked my email due to receiving automatic out of office replies to their notification emails that were sent to me.

I tried to find a contact email or phone number but couldn't, hence why I made this thread for my own personal problem.

Reading your troubleshooting guide it says;... "Email on suppression list: If Box notifications ever bounce, emails are automatically added to our suppression list. Please open a case with the support team to check the affected email address(es)." I think this is the problem. BOX can you please remove my email from your suppression list?

    Thank you.

I wonder if the notifications issue of the person who started this thread has been resolved and how? Could this problem really be related to 'out-of-office automatic replies'?

Nope, I still have the problem! I wished Box would reply to my above comment/this thread!!
