Overcharged $595!

Jan. 26th: I was supposed to get a box.com for free since I signed up with bookkeeping services Complete Controller...but was instead billed $595 for 3 business licenses! Please contact me ASAP to get this amount refunded back. Thank you.

    Same thing just happened to me. I don't have even one business license, let alone three.

    Karen, my request was denied TWICE before I got emotional in an email. I’m happy to tell you that I DID then get a refund-19 days after the fact, but I got it! Good luck.
