Can't Submit Ticket: Trying to add a deactivated user
Hello,
I own the box account and I'm trying to add a collaborator to my folders and it says "Cannot add deactivated user." I need to add her on a time-sensitive project.
I looked up the forum and someone else had the same problem and they said "go submit a ticket" and there was a link, when I click on the link it just takes me to this community forum. I can't submit a private ticket and I'm not blasting her email over this public forum.
Help!
