Unable to open invite to Box

    Did your colleagues send the invitation to the email address linked to your Box account or to a different email? This can happen if others sent the invitation to an email different from what is linked to your Box account.

    If its sent to the same email linked to your Box, do you mind providing a screenshot of the error you see when you tried to open the invitation so we can take a look?

    One colleague re-sent the original link, another colleague sent a new link. Both links were unsuccessful.

    Hi Anna, 

    Did your colleague send the invitation to the email linked to your Box account or did they use a different email?

    I've seen this happen to members whose email does match the email linked to their Box account.
