Authenticator won't load QR code
Trying to set up 2-Step Verification with an authenticator app, but QR code to scan won't load, just stuck on this screen with those three animated vertical blue lines. Also frustrating that I have to post this to a forum and there is not way to just contact a Box support employee.

I understand that you've encountered issue when setting up your accounts 2FA.
We have some tips that might help resolve this issue:
- Clear the cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
- Login to your Box Account and set this up using different browsers;
- Disable any add-ins or extensions that may be blocking the QR code

France looks like it's on Box's end. This is happening on multiple browsers, multiple ISPs, mobile and desktop and on multiple OSs. I can reproduce them on all platforms !!!!

I was seeing this problem as well - December 2023. Tried 3 diff browsers, incognito mode - all behaving the same, QR code never comes up, no way to proceed with an authenticator app option. Tried SMS - said phone wrong format, then email, said wrong format without asking anything. Something was broken. Tried again after a short while and it worked - I was able to do SMS, then able to do an authenticator app. Sounds like a bug somewhere...
