Not able to see documents that my partner is sending me
My partner has sent me an invite via email to collaborate on documents. When I click the acceptance link, it has me log into my Box app, but all of my folders are empty. Why can’t I see these documents that I’ve accepted to collaborate on?

I wanted to check if you are still having issue accessing the files your partner has sent to you.
If so, he may have sent you a Shared link rather than an invitation to collaborate in a file or folder. Files in a shared links are "read-only" and accessible through the link via a browser, the actual file will not appear in your All Files page, whereas "collaboration invite" brings the actual file/ folder into your folder tree.
