Storage used not properly showing
Hi Box Team,
My account is running up against quota issues, but I know the amount showing is not properly reflecting how much storage I'm actually using. Could you please make corrections as I see you have also done for others ? Thanks in advance for your support.

I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".Best,
