Box Drive Support for M1 Chip: No Longer Working!
Hi.
I have Box Drive for my contents with my team to be synced at all times. I have a Mac with a M1 chip. I realize that Box released a Box Drive version that is compatible with M1 chip-- this used to work well enough with little to no issues but now it doesn't work at all. I went through all of Box's available support boards, notably (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4405917695379-WHY-AM-I-GETTING-AN-ERROR-MESSAGE-ON-MY-BOX-DRIVE-DOWNLOAD-FOR-M1-CHIP- and https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500004479962-Box-Drive-support-on-devices-with-M1-chips). I've tried everything, including deleting and redownloading the M1 version and I STILL get the error message.
Yes, I've tried every step available on all the Support boards. And on the two threads posted above. They still aren't working and I still get an error message.
