Storage Limit reached, but files do not add up to limit

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    The issue that you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

    I've gone ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency.

    You should see the correct storage size in your account now.
