    Welcome to the Box Community!

    The issue that you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

    I've gone ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency.

    You should see the correct storage size in your account now.

    Hi. I have the same issues. I have several accounts where I deleted all the files however it shows as being full...and of course is offering to buy more storage.

    I have deleted all files 3 months ago and still not the drive is not empty. How do you suppose I will even consider buying more storage when you have a mojor issue like this? 

    Can you fix this?

    Hello Box team, 

    I have the same problem with my box account: (Redacted Email).

    Even though I have deleted many files and removed from trash but the storage is still showing almost full. Please help! thank you!
