Files dont upload to box drive any more (error msg: shortfall of space? I dont think so)
I have deleted an entire folder just to be sure I have enough space available, but still the same small files usually were uploaded without any problem now are not being uploaded, with an error message ("48 problematic files" warning --> try to force the upload with the buttom of the warning message, but does not wotk). I have enough space (until I never see it in my account, i think it which should be added somewhere in order to monitor it more easily... I have to delete a lot of old files to "try" if there would be enough). I dont know what else to do

The issue that you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect
I've gone ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account.
You should now be able to upload new files to Box Drive and see the correct storage size in your account.
