Opening Box PDF's in Bluebeam

When trying to open PDF files in my Bluebeam application, Bluebeam freezes and then displays a message that it cannot complete the task. How do I solve this issue?

Please see the image attached. This is the message I receive from Bluebeam when attempting to open BOX files that are synced to my file explorer
