Storage full & Upgrade account failed.
Hi,
My box storage is full and reach maximum limit. I try to upgrade the box account the business plan but failed to do it.
There was an error processing your request.
Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.

What should i do now?
Please guide me. Thanks
