Incorrect Used Storage, Please Help!
Dear Box Support,
I only use 20GB out of 50 GB, but on the website it said i used 60GB out of 50GB, please help me to sort this kind of error, i've been seeing similar post and they got help to correct the storage problem. Thank you and these are my ID.
