Reactivating Account
Hi There,
I am looking to reactivate an account so that i can associate it as a managed user in a business account. I thought this would be an automated process but get the error below. I have also emailed billing as suggested but have yet to receive a response. Can someone please help?

I see that the account that this email is associated to is active. If you need to have the email removed from this account in order for you to associate with a different Box instance then please contact our Cancellations Team at cancel@box.com.

Apologies i should have stated the email address i am looking to reactivate is [personal information--redacted] and not the on I have posted this message with.
I have deactivated [personal information--redacted] and now need it live to join the business account associated with my username.
