Box not showing up in Finder at all

Box is running in File Provider Extension mode. 

Box application is open.

But it does not show up in Finder.

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  In the Finder sidebar, the Box folder in FPE mode appears only under Locations. For more information about the Box Drive in Folder Provider Extension mode (FPE), please see this article.
