Security code isn't working
I got a new iphone and I'm trying to log in on my box account. I put the security code I'm being sent into it, and it says it's the wrong security code. So I try again. And again, And again. Every time, the new security code is the wrong one.
This seems like an issue with the security code system rather than me.

Having exactly this problem. Have 2 factor authentication on. Box windows app asks to login. I enter the password and then the code from the text it sent me and it says wrong code. Ask it to resend the code, get the same code again and still says wrong code. Tried closing app and reloading - it sent me a new code this time and still says wrong code when I entered it For logging into this support site, the code it sent via text works fine. 2 factor authentication using texts does not appear to be working correctly now.

Same exact problem here that Ed Rayner described above. Windows desktop. I even tried to fix by uninstalling / reinstalling the app just now. Same result. I login to Box Drive App with password but double authentication requires a security code via text. Box sends me a text with a code that doesn't work. Resends same code, still doesn't work. Close, reopen the app, still doesn't work. Uninstall and reinstall the app - still doesn't work. Nothing works.

Same issues, until now i cant access may account, i have to create this new account just to be able to put comment in this thread. Come on, please contact me directly, i can reset my password to my old account, but still cant login because i had activated 2FA before and yet cant receive the security code thru SMS.
