Box Drive disappeared from my desktop
To Whom This May Concern,
I'm not sure what happened, but Box Drive is no longer located on my MacBook Air desktop. The icon at the top right of my screen is not longer highlighted and "dead." When I click on my Finder on "Box" the following message pops up: '"Box" can't be opened because the original item can't be found.' The only thing that I can think happened is my computer automatically updated after I didn't select to "remind me tomorrow" (I don't update out of fear of this exact thing happening).
I'm a social worker for a small non-profit and seemingly minor blips like this have a significant impact on agencies like mine as none of us have time to troubleshoot IT issues that shouldn't be an issue simply b'c a computer updated itself.
I've seen many complaints about this happening for other users of your application so it would make sense that your IT team do something more preventative rather than reactive.
