Hot to "Submit a Ticket"?
Hello,
we are signing up for a Non-Profit-Account. We do have all information, got the verification Token from techSoup, but clicking "Submit" the system says:
There was an error processing your request. Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.
But, clicking on the link, we arrive here, in the forum, with no ticket submission possibility anywhere. Could someone help us to understand whom we could talk (write) to? Thank you!
