Incorrect Storage Used
Hello, I am using about 7GB of my Box account but the website says I'm using 10GB, which is why it is not allowing me to upload more. Can you please fix this?

Welcome to the Box Community!I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".Best, -
I am also having this same issue...I just deleted a bunch of files, and it still says I'm running out of storage space with the same amount left. That can't be the case since I just deleted so many files. It seems like this happens every year, but now I can't chat with support. Can you please fix this for me. Thanks! =)
