Change Admin
I am a new Office Administrator at my organization. The previous administrator has retired. I need to have her permissions transferred to me. Can you help?

Thanks for the information. Regrettably, I don't have access to her account. The article gave me this information,
- If your previous admin has left your organization and you do not have access to their Box account, you will need to submit a support ticket to first authorize your request. How do I make this happen?
