Change e-mail
I use box with an old email address ([personal information--redacted]), which I no longer have access to, because I chenged my company. I cannot receive any alerts or comments. It works for my file sharing. I wanted to change my email address without losing my account data. How to do. Please send me the information on the following email address. Thanks in advance.

If you need to change the email address linked to your Box account, you need to first link your new email to your account and then you'll have the option to make it your Primary email.
Here are the steps:
- Login to your Box and then go to your Account settings
- Under Account tab, scroll to "Login and Email Addresses" section
- Click the option Link Personal Email
- Enter your new email address and click the Save button.
- An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
- To make a secondary address your primary address, click Make Primary button.
