Lost my files / See someone else's files
This morning, all of my synched links on my desktop were gone. So I logged in to Box. When logged in I see a long list of someone else's files and folders. Box is also now asking me to start the setup process and tell it how I want to use Box.
Thus I cannot find any of my files anywhere. This is pretty serious.

Welcome to the Box Community!I looked up your Box account and see your files as well as the shared folders. I suggest that you log in to Box.com and ensure that all of the folders you want to sync are marked for sync.Second, logout and log back in to your Box Sync tool.Here is an article from our Product Support site that walks through this with screen-shots.Best,
