Box Drive stopped working (Windows 10, up to date)
Box Drive has stopped showing the contents of Box folder in Windows (although the files are still accessible on-line). Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did not solve the problem.

Hi Pierre and Cesar,
Welcome to the Box Community and I'm sorry to hear that your Box Drive has stopped working!
Are you running a software called Diebold Warsaw in your Windows device? This application is known to have incompatibilities with Box Drive and we recommend to uninstall the app to get Box Drive working as expected.
Could you please check and uninstall if ever you have this application installed and let us know how it goes?
Best,

Hi France,
You have just hit the nail on the head! My problem was Warsaw. I have just uninstalled it and Box Drive is working again.
Unfortunately Bradesco, which is my bank here in Brazil, requires Warsaw installed for the internet banking to work.
I had the same issues with Box Sync and Warsaw a few years ago. Then I moved to Box Drive and the problem disappeared. Now the issue is back with Box Drive.
So I have to decide between Box and the internet banking.
Thank you!

Hi Cesar,
Our engineering team has been trying to get in touch with the third-party vendor but have not yet been able to secure an open line of communication.
In the meantime, our support have identified a series of steps that may allow the third-party product and Box Drive to run simultaneously on your computer, and we would like to ask that you try these steps in order to see if that improves the behavior you're currently experiencing:
1 – Completely uninstall both BOX Drive and Warsaw (Uninstalling Box Drive)
2 – Reboot the computer
3 – Install BOX Drive and make sure everything is working as expected (Installing and Updating Box Drive)
4 – Reboot the computer
5 – Install Warsaw again and test.Hope this helps!
Best,
