    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    To confirm, are you pertaining to a third-party software known as WARSAW (installed by online banking like Itau, Caixa and Bradesco)? We have previously had reports of incompatibility of this application and Box desktop app when running simultaneously on a Windows PC. Our engineering team has been trying to get in touch with the third-party vendor but have not yet been able to secure an open line of communication.

    Our support have identified a series of steps that may allow the third-party product and Box Drive to run simultaneously on your computer, and we would like to ask that you try these steps in order to see if that improves the behavior you're currently experiencing:

    1 – Completely uninstall both BOX Drive and Warsaw (Uninstalling Box Drive)
    2 – Reboot the computer
    3 – Install BOX Drive and make sure everything is working as expected (Installing and Updating Box Drive)
    4 – Reboot the computer
    5 – Install Warsaw again and test.
