Switching personal account to business account
Hello, I just found out that my employer has a corporate account, and I would like to be added to this account. How can this be done?

Kindly reach out to your company's IT department so they can connect with your corporate Box Admin about adding you in their Enterprise Box.
If you already have an existing Personal Box account linked to your work email address, and you wish for that account to be part of your company's Enterprise Box, the admin can follow the guidelines in this article on how to invite you in their account: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195233--Invite-Existing-Box-User-Message-When-Adding-User
