  You might be encountering an issue that is similar to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

  I went ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. 

  You should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.

  I've ran the script that will recount all of the files/ folders in your account, so you should now see the correct data and storage size in your Box.
