Can't Open Documents Within Folder

    Hi France,

    Thanks for the response.

    Please see screenshot below - no error messages, just am not able to click to open the PDF. Again, this PDF is within a zipfile, which is within a folder that I created.

    Hi Andrew, 

    To make sure that every angle is checked, could you follow these initial troubleshooting tips:

    • Can you try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try opening this file using different browsers and, lastly, 
    • Try logging in to your Box account with add-ons or extensions disabled on your browser/s
    • Try connecting to a different network or computer

    If the issue persists, please let me know if this is happening on all files you try to open or if it only happens on specific files/ file type.
