Unable to access folder
Hi,
We have sent out a box invite link to our colleague, inviting them to be previewer/uploader for the file. However, when she clicked " go to folder" after accepting the invitation, the screen display goes blank and is unable to load the file.
May I seek your assistance in this matter ?

Hello, I deleted data folders from the recycle bin because in fact I loaded them on a special hard disk after downloading, I deleted them from the trash and the next day I turned on the hard disk and suddenly the disk became damaged and does not work, so please restore all my deleted data and folders to me, and thank you.
