Refund Request for Charged Free Trial Account
I requested permanent account deletion for my trial account prior to the trial end date. I didn’t even use the storage after signing up because I don’t want to use the service but I still got charged big time. Please help me refund my $540 back. It is disheartening to be charged this huge amount when you requested trial cancellation, didn’t use and have no plans on using the service.
