I seem to be having a similar problem I think. I am trying to create a new PowerPoint file and it just says 'launching' but then does not do anything. The named file is showing in my Box folder, however it says that it cannot be opened and a similar message to yours. It lets me open it to edit and it says saved, however, when I then go to reopen it I get the same error message. I was wondering if there was a known error with this at the moment or if there is something wrong with my individual account!
