files being shared but cannot open
I downloaded the app, my associate sent me folders, yet i cannot open or find them in my app. everytime i click the link.. it asks me to download the app again. how come??

- What Box app are referring to? Is it Box Drive, Box Sync or mobile app?

For Box Sync: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697194-Installing-Box-Sync (make sure that all the file that you want to sync are marked for sync in web app)
