I could not find my folder
I can login, but could not find my folder. I have been tried for several days, but still the same.

To confirm, is the missing folder a folder you own or owned by someone else?
If it's a folder you own, have you tried to search within your other folders and even on Trash to see if the missing folder is in there?
Otherwise, if a collaborative folder that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative folder has removed you as a collaborator on the collaborative folder. You will have to contact the folder owner of the collaborative folder to have them re-invite you to that folder again.
