Downgrading Service
Our account will auto renew next week. We'd like to downgrade our plan and would like to discuss our options before renewal. I have not been able to submit a support ticket. Can someone help me?

If you are looking to downgrade your Box subscription, please go ahead and send an email to Box Cancellations team at cancel@box.com.
Account administrators can submit a downgrade request by emailing cancel@box.com. Please provide the plan type to which you would like to downgrade. You can view here a side-by-side comparison of our offerings.
