    Box uses an email service provider to deliver notification messages, such as invitations to collaborate on content when a file has been shared. To ensure your users can receive notifications from Box, you may need to update your filters to allow email notifications to reach them This means you must allowlist the Box email servers that send notification emails.

    Please have your mail administration include this email address and other Box domains listed in the following article in your "allowlist":

    thanks, can I configure the email from noreply@box.com come from my email address?

    Hi Thomas, 

    Upon checking, Box notifications from noreply@box.com are sent by our own chosen ESP, so this is not able to be customized or configured by individual users or EIDs.

    Admins however, are able to manage the notification emails received by managed users, for more details, please see: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697214-Managing-notification-emails-for-managed-users
