Box folder is missing in file explorer

Box folder is missing in file explorer, but it is there in online box. Please help!

  Is there already a solution for this? I have the same issue....

  Hi,

   

  The issue was that if a file has (.) or dot on folder name it is considered a hidden file on windows. So basically you will need to rename the folder
