I cannot cancel my account

At the very last step, I am seeing an error message. Your server returns a 500 Internal Error in a POST request to https://app.box.com/app-api/onlinesalesapp/cancellation

Thanks! It's upsetting though that nobody is taking care of these issues - at least not in 10 days.
