    Welcome to the Box Community!

    If the affected user is having issue logging in to Box to access the content you shared because of 2FA, please have the affected user go to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support > they will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here." and they'll have to fill out the form with as much information as they can regarding their login/ 2FA issue, and we will reach out to further look into it.
