Cannot see my files history
Hi,
I just found out that the document I was working on for the past two weeks has gone blank.
I tried opening the file history on the actual document to recover the previous day version but there was no history available for that file. I checked other files in other Box folder and I found out that no history is available on any of my files in entire Box.
Help me please

Welcome to the Box Community!File version history would allow you to restore an older version, however, it does require having at least a Pro account to have this feature available.The number of versions kept within the version history depends on the account level of the file owner, as well as the settings decided upon by your account administrator. By default, the number of saved file versions is as follows:Personal Free - 1 VersionPersonal Pro - 10 Versions (You can restore the most recent 10 versions of any file)Starter - 25 VersionsBusiness/Business Plus - 50 VersionsEnterprise - 100 VersionsElite - UnlimitedSince you are under a free account, Unfortunately, this feature is not available. Hi,
I just followed your advice to upgrade my account "Though it still shows number of versions only 10 versions can be retrieved when you upgrade to Personal Pro." Unfortunaly, I still cannot see the old versions of the document I lost.
Is there a way that you can help? I really need to retrieve this document ASAP
