    I understand that you have deleted items in your Trash that you need to recover. The 14-day grace period during which Product Support can recover your content is currently applicable for any paying customers. I've checked your profile and I see that you have a Personal Free account with Box so I'm afraid that this recovery grace period does not apply to your type of account.
