Refund
Hi There
I have raised a ticket over the fact that I am 4 days into my 14 day trial and I have recieved an invoice telling me £518.40 has been successfully taken from me to upgrade to the annual subscription which I did not authorise.
I need that money back asap and there is no one avaliable to assist with this on chat or anything and the email recieved is that you are experiencing "We are currently experiencing longer than usual wait times." Please issue my refund please.
