storage quota reset
I have cleaned up my files and now have just empty folders. I have also cleared the bin. I would like support to reset my storage quota to 0 as it is still showing I have close to 33.120GB showing. Who can assist with this request?

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article:
To help resolve this, I've ran the script that will recount all of the files/ folders in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct file count and storage size in your Box.
