    I have a project team member that has reset his password successfully - but when logging in with new password - after entering User ID & Password the Box login screen comes back with the User ID field filled with the following message "Invalid Captcha response. Please try again."  and the password field blank.  yet no where in the login process did a Captcha form appear.  Any idea what is causing this error.  He gets the same result using Chrome, Edge and IE.
