Attempting to retrieve an older file version

During a document review more than 25 versions of a file were created but revision was happening on the master file and we are trying to retrieve an older version than we can currently retrieve ourselves.

Is it possible to do that?

  Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

  This is possible by accessing the Version History of the file. I did notice that your account is linked to a Free Personal Box, and unfortunately, Version history is not accessible to those on the Free plans. You may upgrade your plan to any of our Business or higher plans which should allow you to access those 25 versions or more and retrieve the older version you need.

  Hi, i have upgraded my plan, but instead of 10 version, i see only 2 version available for that particular file. please assist me to retrieve the other versions. thanks
