Drive not working
On macOS Big Sur v. 11.6.5
Drive is just not syncing. Online, there were several folders that were supposed to be synced (had green checkmark on my mac), and they were not syncing down from Box to my mac. When I checked them online to sync, they still won't sync. They have a blue checkmark saying they are synced. But when I click "Synced" to just show synced folders and files on the left menu, they are not included.
I have also determined that files on my mac locally are not syncing up to Box.
Please help asap.
