Reset Box???
I have just been notified that I have to "reset" my Box account. I have no idea what this means. It looks like I can access all of my files from Box online, but When I try to access them from my desktop, I get error messages saying that the files can't be opened. I really don't have time to research this right now, as I'm a student in the final weeks of the semester. There are plenty of instructions, but they are written for computer scientists, which I am NOT. I have had Box for several years, and this is the first problem I've encountered.

It sounds like your Box Drive encountered an error, I'm happy to help!

If the issue persists, please uninstall Box Drive, and then reinstall the app from your computer.Let me know how it goes and if you have any questions!
