Free up space
I dread when this happens as I just can't find a way to contact support to free up my space. I've deleted several files but it still shows it as full. Someone please help! Why do they do this.

The issue you encounter is described in this article.
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files/ folders in your account, so you should now see the correct data and storage size in your Box.
