Box Quota issue
Hi there,
My Account ID is:
[personal information--redacted]
Storage Used shows that My space is 10.9 GB of 10.0 GB
Whereas the actual stored files size is not exceeding 6.0 GB
I've removed a bulk of files to free some quota but unfurtunately it still showing a the same wrong quota.
Would anyone help me to resolve this issue?
